I think I'll take a stab at the snow later.
Probably not the best idea to drive the 944 without winter tires, windshield wipers, and well working brakes in NYC traffic with snow. But what do I know?

Sounds like you shouldn't be driving that car even under ideal conditions.

The 944 is literally the worst car to drive in the snow. When I had mine, It wouldn't make it up the driveway without sliding back and forth. Even with the transaxle over the rear wheels, they are so wide they don't get any traction. Be careful.

Were you on the Upper East Side (3rd ave, mid-90s) this morning? I feel like I saw this car parked but I forgot to check for the Oppo sticker.

Neighbors! Thought so. Believe I saw you zipping down Lex shortly thereafter too. I usually don't leave the house before noon though.

That's crazy! Do you have a car here?

Not yet... Insurance is a little too pricey for me right now. I'm working on it though. It'd be cheaper if I wasn't focused on cars more than 15 years old.

Was that you driving by my CTS-V Wagon today on the West Side Highway? If you're wondering, it has pirelli sottozero's on it for the winter. It's my daily driver. And I know your next question, it's an automatic. In my defense though it is my daily driver in NYC traffic.

YES HAHA!
I had a feeling you were a Jalop. That's awesome. Did you see my thumbs up?

Hahaha, I did. I saw the Oppo sticker and knew it was your car.

Yup. I love the color on your wagon, the wheels work with it as well IMO.

Thanks man. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the only person to ever order this combination from the factory for a V Wagon. Opulent Blue, Satin Black wheels, yellow calipers, black chrome grille, and Recaro seats. I've only seen one other V Wagon on the street in the tri-state area.
I'm sure you'll see me in the city again. I drive in everyday to my office on Water Street.

I've only seen 1 other V Wagon around the city and it was silver.

We at the classic car club of manhattan have a silver one with a manual. Supercharger basically committed suicide last weekend though. I saw yours when I was in the E39 M5.
